Hi Frank,
the graphs are exported from yComp, see http://pp.ipd.kit.edu/firm/yComp
If you are using cparser, you can dump .vcg files by using -fdump-ir or
-fdump-all-phases.
The latter exports an .vcg file after each optimization phases.
You can then open the .vcg files with yComp, edit them if desired, and
finally export them to .svg files.
