[Networkit] Output of build script could be misleading

Hi NetworKit developers,

for me the modified build script now outputs this as the first thing:

cls at clsmba ~/w/NetworKit> python3 setup.py develop
sample.cpp:13:11: fatal error: 'omp.h' file not found
        #include <omp.h>
                 ^
1 error generated.

Of course then everything works fine, but this message could mislead users into thinking something went wrong („fatally“, or that they have no parallelism). Is it possible to suppress this output?

C.
