[Networkit] Best file format to read a weighted directed graph

Hi Iroshani,

NetworKit supports several file formats, listed in the NetworKit documentation (https://networkit.iti.kit.edu/api/DevGuide.html). 
The question is how the file you want to read looks like.
For example, if your file contains, for each edge (u, v) with weight w, a line “u v w”, then you should use Format.EdgeList.
How does your file look like?
